It is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled in the event of bad weather, within the limits of the flight season and the validity of the ticket.

Our flight tickets are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, to cover 2 flight seasons (April to October).
*For a person in a public basket.
*In the Loire Valley only for the Special Loire Valley ticket (weekday).
*In our 5 regions – Ile de France, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Haute-Provence and Pyrénées Orientales – for WEEK (valid Monday to Friday excluding public holidays), DUO or CHILD tickets.
*In our 8 regions for the WEEK-END ticket – Ile de France, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Haute-Provence, Pyrénées Orientales, Périgord, Ardèche and Champagne.
*Cancellation policy : For non-residents with an invoice address overseas, in the event of unsuitable flying conditions, your flight can be rescheduled or refunded, a 15€ bank handling charge will be retained per ticket refund.
Even at the last minute, we guarantee to send your flight tickets by e-mail within minutes of your payment (subject to a valid e-mail address). – If your order includes an object, we also send you everything by post.
